Within the scope of an industry-wide administrative investigation conducted by the Turkish Competition Authority (Rekabet Kurumu), our company's name is also included in the announcement published today (6 November 2026) on the official website of the Competition Authority. It has therefore become necessary to issue this statement in order to accurately inform the public and our stakeholders on the matter.
Our family, which has been active in the food sector for many years, has conducted its business life as Şenocak Gida in adherence to the principles of honesty and of the prudent merchant, serving with an approach of full compliance with the rules of the free market and competition law. In all of its commercial activities, our company regards the utmost diligence with respect to the applicable legislation, the protection of a free competitive environment, and the rights of producers and consumers as the foundation of its corporate culture.
The investigation conducted by the Competition Authority is a review carried out within the framework of the applicable legislation. Our company is acting in full transparency and cooperation with the administrative authorities and is closely following the administrative process.
In consideration of the confidentiality of the ongoing administrative investigation and the integrity of the process, no detailed statement is being made at this stage. The public is hereby informed that a final statement will be made in line with the decision to be rendered by the Turkish Competition Board (Rekabet Kurulu) upon conclusion of the investigation.
